By electing to give a donation to the Joey Lowenstein Foundation, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound or cannot comply with any of the terms and conditions, do not continue the donation.

Charitable Contributions Policy:
Thank you for your support of the JL Foundation (JLF). All donations to JLF support JLF’s mission and vision. JLF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which re-grants your donation to one or more 501(c)(3) charities under the guidelines of JLF’s “ANSRS” program and initiatives.  JLF will carefully consider the needs of the organization and will use your gift where JLF, in its sole discretion and control, determines appropriate.

JLF will not accept any restrictions on the use of donations that are received through this website, and thus, you agree that any donations provided via this website are provided without any restrictions. If payment is made by credit card, the donation will appear on your credit card statement as “JL Foundation.”

Refund Policy:
All donations are immediate and irrevocable. JLF does not refund donations that are made online through this website.

Privacy Policy:
JLF respects the privacy of its donors and is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of the information that is collected from customers during donation and use of this website. JLF does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer this information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third-parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Changes to our Policies

JLF reserves the right to amend its policies from time to time at its sole discretion, without notice to you. If JLF decides to change our policy, it will post those changes on this page and update the modification date below.
