Here Joey describes the painting An Orchards Planting of a New Seed (painted October 6, 2021):
“In orchards, planting of a new seed sheds light on a birth of a new generation. The spring is always filled with potential. The parent spills its seed onto the soil uprooting life, love, and lessons into the world. I see each day as a birth of sorts enabling me to view through the eyes of a child. The unknown and the uncertain, the ultimate and the unfortunate, all while basking in the sublime bliss of innocence.”

The Joey Lowenstein Family Foundation — Spiritual activities are very personal. For Joey, he meets two to three times a week via Skype with Rabbi Yitzchak Schwartz. He is Joey’s Rabbi and Creative Awareness Guide living in Jerusalem, Israel. With Rabbi Schwartz, they work on drawing out Joey’s inner voice by using a keyboard to communicate. During their meetings, Joey shares his poetry, his insights, and any questions he may have. These interactions and activities also help Joey feel centered.
